The MPMC Media Trade Conference is a unique event where reporters and editors meet with leading manufacturers of motorsports parts and accessories.

Participating manufacturers can meet with up to 14 media reps each day of the conference - for a total of 42 quality meetings throughout the three days. During the meetings, exhibitors can have their newest products on display, with top executives and key personnel on hand to provide technical details and background information. These private, uninterrupted meetings guarantee that editors and reporters are able to ask the questions they are most interested in knowing, and provides them with an opportunity to photograph the products they see fit. Likewise, manufacturers can present information relevant to their products. Afternoon lunches and breaks provide further opportunities for additional meetings and networking.

It's the most efficient, effective and affordable way for editors to get detailed information, specific to their audience's needs and interests.

Exhibitors will be assigned a suite location, and every effort will be made to keep competing companies reasonably separated.

If you are selected as one of the 100 exhibitors, MPMC will book your exhibit suite reservation as requested below. You will receive confirmation directly from the hotel. If selected as an exhibitor, you will be contacted regarding payment of hotel charges.

Exhibit Fee
  • Exhibit fee is $800.00 Exhibit fee will be charged only if your company is awarded an exhibit space  (see "Space Assignment" in Rules and Regulations). If you are selected as one of the 100 exhibitors, you will be contacted for Exhibit Fee payment at that time.
  • $800 exhibit fee does not include hotel charge for exhibit suite. See "Accommodation Information" in Rules and Regulations
