Women in the automotive industry face unique challenges. The SEMA Businesswomen’s Network (SBN) is offering a comprehensive leadership training designed specifically to help women in the automotive aftermarket industry advance in their careers.
By bringing women together for focused leadership training, the event will educate, inspire and support women to thrive in the workplace. The Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF) delivers three days of powerful programming designed to equip women with the skills, strategies, and confidence to lead with impact. From inspiring keynotes and skill-building workshops to candid roundtable conversations, every session offers practical tools and meaningful connections that accelerate both personal and professional growth. Equally vital is the opportunity to build a strong network of peers, mentors, and allies—connections that extend the value of the Forum long after it ends. Attendees will leave with actionable insights, a stronger network, and the inspiration to redefine leadership on their own terms. To view the full program, click here.
