2024 MPMC Media Trade Conference

The MPMC Media Trade Conference is a unique event where reporters and editors meet with leading manufacturers of motorsports parts and accessories.

Participating manufacturers can meet with up to 14 media reps each of the three event days during regular meeting hours, for a total of 42 possible meetings. During the meetings, exhibitors will share their newest products, with top executives and key personnel on hand to provide technical details and background information. These private, uninterrupted meetings guarantee that media participants are able to ask the questions they are most interested in knowing, and provides them with an opportunity to photograph the products as they see fit. Afternoon lunches and breaks provide further opportunities for additional meetings and networking.

Exhibitor applications must be received by September 14 to ensure inclusion at the opening of media registration.

Meeting Participants:
List all personnel who will participate in the meetings. List yourself only if you are attending and participating in meetings. Note:

  • All individuals listed will be assigned as one group, and will receive the same schedule. Contact Marcy Yanus at Marcy@sema.org or 909-978-6690, if you require multiple meeting groups.
  • At least one individual in the group must serve in an editorial capacity for each meeting.
  • Each meeting accommodates six individuals max, which includes exhibitor personnel. Media may vary the individuals in each meeting, but in order to accommodate exhibitors with multiple staff, we recommend media plan on no more than three individuals per meeting.

Exhibitors will be assigned a suite location, and every effort will be made to keep competing companies reasonably separated.

MPMC staff will book your exhibit suite using the details below. The individual below MUST be who will be checking in on-site on behalf of your company. Should this change after registration, please let MPMC staff know as soon as possible.

You will be able to book additional room nights for other staff members using the link provided in your confirmation email.

Exhibitors must present form of payment for the room to the hotel upon check in. Conference registration fee does not include the cost of the Exhibitor Suite.

Exhibit Fee

All exhibitors must be a current SEMA or PRI Business member and current MPMC or TORA member to participate in the Media Trade Conference. 2024 MTC exhibitors fee is $950. By submitting my registration payment, I affirm that I will attend this session and forfeit my funds and potential hotel exhibit room costs if I must cancel.
